FOUNDER AND CEO
With over 25 years of leadership experience in advanced building systems, Mike Cregan has been at the forefront of innovation in the construction materials industry. As the Founder and Director at Cemrock, he combines a deep understanding of product development with a commitment to delivering sustainable, high-performance building materials that address the evolving needs of modern construction.
Mike’s vision drives Cemrock’s mission to set new benchmarks for sustainability, durability, and innovation in the construction industry. Under his leadership, Cemrock continues to redefine what’s possible with eco-friendly magnesium oxide (MgO) boards, trusted by builders and developers worldwide.
Jeremiah T. O'Carroll

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Jeremiah T. O’Carroll brings extensive expertise in business development and client relationship management across industries including construction, real estate, technology, marketing, logistics, and hospitality. His diverse background and global network of contacts are invaluable in driving Cemrock’s mission to deliver innovative building materials to new markets.
Jeremiah began his career managing large-scale construction projects throughout New York City and the Tri-State Area. Over the years, he has held roles as a real estate developer, completing numerous residential and commercial projects, as well as a partner and executive in technology start-ups. Additionally, he has owned and operated hospitality venues, including hotels and restaurants, in both the United States and Ireland.
At Cemrock, Jeremiah leverages over two decades of experience to foster partnerships, create opportunities, and expand the company’s presence in the global construction industry.
Mustafa Ali

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
As Technical Director at Cemrock, Mustafa Ali is responsible for product innovation, testing, and product certifications, ensuring Cemrock’s magnesium oxide (MgO) panels meet the highest standards for performance, safety, and sustainability. He plays a critical role in driving Cemrock’s mission to deliver environmentally friendly building materials that meet the needs of modern construction.
Mustafa brings extensive experience in sustainable construction and technical development. His work focuses on implementing rigorous testing protocols and managing certification processes to ensure Cemrock’s products consistently set new benchmarks for quality and reliability.

Dean Prime

DIRECTOR
As the Director at Cemrock, Dean Prime is responsible for product marketing, brand development, unified sales strategy, new product development, partner programs, and external communications. He is also focused on advancing sustainability initiatives and fostering strategic partnerships that support Cemrock’s mission to deliver innovative, eco-friendly building materials.
Dean leverages two decades of leadership experience to drive growth at Cemrock, ensuring the company’s products align with the evolving demands of the construction industry while maintaining a commitment to sustainability.
Dean earned his BS in Engineering: Design and Innovation with a focus on sustainability at the University of Buckinghamshire and continued his professional development at Oxford University.
